Things you might want to know:

Apr. 14th, 2010 09:16 pmI got the idea today to slap Bright Eyes' lyrics onto Aikea's 2 tile wall writing mesh. So here we are:

Google for help searching for the fonts used (fonts used are: Administrator Password, Bear Paw, Crazy Killer, and Dark Theater. I may or may not have used all of these, but these are the ones I downloaded :P)
Things you might want to know:
-The file names are labeled with the song name the lyrics come from in parentheses. For the song "Sunrise, Sunset," they are numbered in the order they appear in the song. If you'd like to further know where each lyric comes from, just leave a comment :).

What got me was the mapping, and then the footprint (but that just needed a fresh brain, actually). I will recolor this with a picture of a sun, too, just not now :P.

Tired and Uninspired Chair Recolors
Apr. 3rd, 2010 04:03 pmFinally, these stupid chairs are done. I de-pillowed Anna's Shabby Dining Chair, repositoried it to the original, and recolored it with Aelia colors. Whew. I'll work on the stools later, but I will do them.

Like I said, Anna's original chair is the master, the one without the pillow is the slave. Can you tell I'm sick of them? I had soo many problems with them :P. Also, I did not take a picture of all the chairs without pillows, because you can easily see what it'd look like, just imagine the chair without the pillow :P.

Edit because I am stupid: The credits for these are obviously Anna, for the original mesh. I believe it was Anna. It said that in the file and stuff. Anyway, I also used Aelia's colors, Google for textures, Deviantart for textures, and various other sources around the net for the remainder of textures. If you really would like to know where I got a certain pattern, just ask and I'll see if I can find it again, as I have most of them saved in my computer :).
I did nothing to the frame of the chair, just colored it with Aelia's colors.

You're A Canary - Part Two
Mar. 11th, 2010 08:25 pmHere is the second part of the set: pooklet'd cages for your pooklet'd canaries :). The mesh is included and is by the lovely Jope.
I also gave the cage a slight rusty texture, but it doesn't look too rusty, so you can use it in your clean homes too.

Also, do you like when I set up a picture like I did for this upload, or would you prefer me to take pictures of all the recolors? I could also do a preview picture in the post and a picture of all the recolors in the folor? Pretty much everyone knows what the Pooklet colors are, but it would be useful to just see all of them and when I do non-Pooklet recolors. Just let me know :).

You're A Canary - Part One
Mar. 10th, 2010 11:08 pmToday, I Pooklet'd nemestnaya's canary bird from her Petit Paris set. This does not include Pooklet's color Nuclear, though, as that was too close to the original, so I thought I'd leave that out. I also Pooklet'd Gromit's skeleton on a stand, but I don't think that's recolorable because the recolors didn't show up in my game. Argh.
This is part one of the set. Part two will come tomorrow so look out for those.
I think it's alright to include the mesh, so mesh is included. Enjoy!

Here is a gigantuan set of Pooklet'd horses. Of course, I luckily didn't have to recolor all of them because they're slaved to the mesh. But anyway, get the meshes here and here. Only the foal is needed for the second link.
For the screenshots, I will only show "The Only Horse You Will Ever Need"
On the middle horse recolor, first row (towards the text), I have fixed where it wasn't transparent, but I have not updated the picture. So, don't fret :).
